What does it actually mean to be a "Sacred Rebel"?

In my world, rebellion isn’t just a middle finger to the status quo; it’s a radical return to your own biology. It’s refusing to let cultural training/religious condemnation/pathological analysis of our sexuality dictate what is an appropriate way of being.
